The TAIYAKI trend is getting big in town. Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped pancake,  stuffed with sweet Azuki Red Bean paste. And here we take it to another level with a special dough used in lieu of the usual flour-based batter and then sprinkled liberally sugar  to create a crunchy, crispy and layers of flaky goodness.
